Handsome wine cooler with consistent temperatures. Well packaged for delivery so it arrived in perfect shape. I am using this cooler to store and over-winter dahlia tubers..

The lock is not so secure and it holds mostly all Cabernet size bottles.

We purchased this for our kitchen remodel. We love the look! It holds a lot of wine bottles. It is perfect for our needs and perfect for our bar area. Very quiet. We are thrilled with this purchase.

Once you start loading this thing up, the shelves get crammed together and sticky, so they don't pull out as nicely as they do when they're unloaded. Obviously, this couldn't be detected until we got this thing home and loaded it up. All in all-great unit for the price. We caught this on a sale with $250 off. So we snagged it sub $1000.

The 165 bottle wine refrigerator looks nice and functions well. However it basically only holds 11 bottles per shelf, unless the bottles are exactly the regular bottles. If you have surah bottles, long neck Zin bottles, some Cabs bottles, they will not fit back to back, but you can get 11 if you angle some. The height between the racks is also a problem. The bottles skim the bottom of each shelf making everything pretty tight. If this refrigerator was 1 inch wider, and the shelfs had 1/2 inch more space between each shelf it would be fantastic. I would say this is a 150 bottle refrigerator. Shipped via a small company from Sam's Club, great shape and service. I had to unpack myself for damage after truck left. No damage.

I bought this 165 bottle cooler in January 2024. It has been a great wine cooler so far, quiet and the temperature is held to within a degree of the set point. Yesterday, one of the circulating fans started making a very loud noise. As is the case so many times, the unit is malfunctioning just past the warranty date, I went on the website to purchase the fan. So far there is no acknowledgement of my order.

The shelves are very close together. Any slightly oversized bottle can only go very top shelf or very bottom shelf. This defeats any wine organizations. The light is useless from 3rd drawer down. Would be nice to have dual zone for white and red

It is louder than I expected

Great product! Gave a 2 because the shipping companies they use are horrible. The first wine fridge came damaged because someone dropped it. They did call me ahead to say they are on their way and brought it into the house. It took 2 weeks to get a new one to our house. They left it outside on a broken pallet so the eh leaned it up against the front step. They didn't call or ring the door bell. Really crappy service. I hope the wine fridge lasts a while. Have only had it for 2 months and so far love it!
