Great flooring, have used it to remodel my entire house. Sams Club has discontinued this color (silver spring) but thankfully I just finished the last room.

This is the second home that we've purchased this select surfaces laminate flooring for and we love it. It was very easy to install and it's very durable.

We bought Heritage Oak for our remodeled home and absolutely fell in love with the color. Not only is it a kid, friendly, and pet friendly color, but it will go with an assortment of furniture and wall colors from gray to beige. It is like the perfect neutral that elevates your space while bringing coziness to Ed.

I’m so mixed on this flooring because I love the color and its overall appearance but the quality is only average. I have just finished flooring a 1500 sq ft house with this and at least a third of the boards were damaged straight out of the pack. The most common damage were chips on the edge. Some had the laminate lifting off the backing and some had damage to the click lock system. The wastage was high due to this, raising the overall estimate.

Decent flooring but poorer quality than the last time I used it. The real issue was that 2 boxes were damaged. I didnt know this until I'm over halfway into the install.

Product came with mold on it. My installers did not catch it before installing and now there’s separation and my customer is concerned about mold in their house. Sam’s tells me I have 72 hours to report damages, but I think that pertains to shipping damages. Guess I will have to give the customer a new floor because rules are rules. Will never order this product again or recommend to anyone.

Purchased a ton of this flooring for light commercial, which manufacturer claims a 10 year warranty. That is not true. 2 years later, when the laminate started deteriorating from daily mopping, we contacted the manufacturer and this was their response: "The warranty covers wear, fade and stain for 10 years for light commercial areas". Buyer BEWARE!

We purchased this flooring for our kitchen and laundry room in March 2020. We chose it because of its good looks and fantastic warranty. My husband installed it and it looked great gor about 18 months. Even though we were careful to clean it with a damp rag and it never had standing water on it for any more than a few minutes, it began to bubble and lift along the seams. This happened in several places throughout the room. I reached out to Select Surfaces customer service who looked at my photos and said the damage was not covered by their warranty. I pushed for more responsibility and they finally sent a warranty inspector to my house. He wrote up a report which said the damage was due to installation. This was NOT the cause of the bubbling issue. It was clearly the fact that rheir product did not perform as promised. They refused to reimburse us for the cost of the materials, so now after less than 3 years our floor looks terrible and needs to be redone. I will never use products from Select Surfaces again.

Product chips, rips and breaks constantly. I lost 4 boxes to chips not to mention time. I used the product 2 years ago and limited issues. Absolute trash now. Waste of money.
