Had to send chairs back several times due to screws falling out and the holes are bigger than the screws.

I have lower back problems and I have no problems sitting on this chair. I love the firm seat cushion for my support.

Like the fact that I could take out of box and everything was perfect to use. It looks nice though on small size. Fits nice in small area and is comfortable.

I really like this chair. It is smart looking and very comfortable. I added Velcro stays to the cushions to keep them in place. So far so good, and the leather material is very nice.

I bought 2 of these chairs about 3 years ago and wanted 1 more. They finally came back in stock, and the new one looks just like the other 2. Most comfortable chairs ever!

Nice chair. Pretty comfortable, soft leather and nice swivel action. Does not rock but didn’t expect rocking. First one arrived damaged but Sams made it right and quickly. Save boxes if you think you might need to return.

This is a very nice swivel chair, functional as well as elegant looking. A shout out to the packers who took pride in their job by packing and securing the chairs for shipping. I bought two chairs and they both arrived in good condition. The chairs came assembled, easy to take out of the box and arrange the cushions. This is a change out of furniture for me and I am looking forward to many years of usage. I bought the brown ones and they have a rich texture and color. I am happy with my purchase.

This chair is well made & beautiful. There are a few exceptions. The biggest one is seat & back cushions. I wish the would have made the leather tighter as it tends to stretch & sag after setting in it. So far it comes back fairly well but not completely. Customer service was amazing. They are sending new cushions & I hope these work out. However if you are having a problem with this issue adding extra batting might alleviate the problem? Other than that we love the look, quality & color of the chair.. Someone mentioned a 2 inch gap from the bottom of the chair to the floor. I haven’t had that problem but my husband did. Think it only takes one time before you train yourself. Both the seat & back have zippers & the cushions are removable. Size wise it’s not a big chair but has a presence & the color is a rich warm dark chocolate brown. For the money its simply perfect. If we had more room I’d buy another one.
