Birthday gift - my sister really liked it.

This is the most difficult, time consuming gift card to use in this era. I bought 2 gift cards and received complaints from both recipients that I gave it to as a gift - they had to read the 16 digits out loud to cashier. If you have the app YOU CAN NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GIFT CARD TO YOUR PANERA APP ACCOUNT. 100% Inconvenient, all manual, and not worth our time in the future. We called Panera’s gift card department and they confirmed the manual system.

Should be 0 stars. Have been trying to add this card to my Panera account for almost 2 weeks and only get the following error message as a result: "We had an issue confirming your gift card. Please double-check the number and try again." Absolute waste of money. :(
