This is a sister to the Southern Gray flooring we have installed in our great room, dining room and kitchen and we just love it. The color of Beach House being lighter, will be a perfect compliment in our bedrooms. We did our own installation and it was so easy. The durability is outstanding - we have three dogs and 100% no issues. You can’t go wrong and it is a great value.

This is incredible flooring. It’s a full 1/2” thick with a textured pattern that’s 7 1/2” wide. The individual boards lock securely together so, installation is easy and finished product looks professional. The boards also come with the underlayment attached so there’s no need to purchase underlayment separately.

Beach House laminate flooring has very natural looking brownish gray tones and the texture is similar to a wood grain to walk on as you can feel the grains very lightly. The pattern is a natural wood grain look with light and dark tones.

I received a sample of this flooring. I absolutely LOVE this color!!! It is exactly what I have been looking for. It is light and will give my room the look I am after.....an airey look. The flooring is thick, which should make it more durable, and able to withstand the weight of my grand piano. It also comes with an attached cushion backing. This should make installation easier. The planks lock into on another.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this laminate flooring. Over the past few years I’ve installed several different types of flooring (real wood, laminate, vinyl) and this one seems to be up there with the top in terms of quality. It is definitely scratch resistant and will hold up to reasonable impact from my first impressions and tests on the product. One thing I can’t review is the long term durability of the product. With that being said, it seems high quality so I would expect it to age well.

This is a beautiful color. The flooring is thicker than most LVP type floors. It’s not too grey. Can’t wait to install this in our lake home. These connect in a tongue and groove type fashion. They feel like real wood and the thickness is similar to real hardwood floors.

Love the color and the durability of the sample. Would consider choosing for my home when we remodel. Very solid floor that looks to be easily assembled. Fitting each of the planks together I’m sure will look for a smooth surface

The laminate sample is beautiful. The color is amazing, peaceful. The feel and appearance it like real wood. It would make a perfect choice for a room(s). I do not think, though, that it would take a lot of wear and tear as the laminate top is very thin. I would also worry about liquid damage. My sample had a slight bow to it. Maybe from shipping?

Not sure if during shipping it was dropped but some of the locking tracks were crushed or broken. It made locking the pieces together very difficult.

Was delivered to my clubhouse left outside the building!!! Took a hour on the phone to demand they come back and deliver to my door. The drivers came back at 4:00 61/2 hrs after initial deliveryand still didn’t find my home. I had to drive around neighborhood to find them. PS was supposed to be delivered the day before waited all day for delivery that never came until next day
