Moving the ice maker to the bottom drawer completely fixed the old Samsung jamming issues—the standard cubes and "Ice Bites" are excellent, though the ice can fuse together if you don't use it frequently. ​The FlexZone drawer is a total game-changer for switching between freezer space and extra drink cooling when hosting. The SmartThings app is also surprisingly useful; it has already saved our groceries a couple of times by sending a ping to my phone when a door was left open. ​My only real complaint is the interior shelf design. If milk or juice spills, the liquid gets sucked into the tiny gap where the glass meets the plastic trim. You can't pop the glass out, so you have to take the whole shelf out and soak it in the sink to clean it. ​The custom panels look beautiful and sleek, but since buying a new color set costs a few hundred bucks, we'll probably stick with our original choice. It's a fantastic, modern fridge, just a bit tedious to deep clean.

It has a very clean look from the outside and the exchangeable panels to make it whatever color you need to fit your kitchen makes it the perfect piece to build around. The freezer holds its temperature very well and the two different sizes for the ice is a really nice touch because you can get ice that fits in whatever container you're using. Overall I've been very happy with it.

Its nice to look at, has many conveniences like the cold water pitcher, always ready for the table, large ice drawers - 2 different sizes, interior appears to be durable, silver finish easy to clean. Large capacity with convenient drawers and assorted sized compartments. Quiet. Happy with it!

The lower freezer makes it easier to use the refrigerator. You can see everything in there and easy to retrieve anything.

Read that sometimes if the icemaker is full or if there's water on the dispenser it won't fill. But even when none of the issues are present that Samsung suggests checking it still will go days sometimes without filling.

We bought this fridge as part of our kitchen remodel and love it! The refillable water jug in the door and ice maker in the freezer saves so much space. There is more room in this fridge than our old full sized refrigerator. The only negative is that the door doesn't always shut when you lightly push it closed and it yells at me after I sit down on the couch.

We've had to repair this Refrigerator twice already. Losing all our Refrigerator products/freezer products both times I don't know if we just got a dud or if it's just the actual make and model of the Refrigerator. Based on my experience, I would never recommend.
