Ruined almost all of our food twice after we were initially told it may have just been a fluke from a recent power outage sending it into demo mode. We really like the fridge and features, but are now nervous about the longevity of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bespoke with the refillable pitcher for about a month. I love everything about it, the space, storage, 2 different size ice cubes and I love ice. The pitcher is so handy and beautifully in the door. It sets the temperature itself and sends notifications for everything, including the door left open. Not to mention it's beautiful on the eyes.

We had the fridge for just a year and the freezer stopped working. Of course it was right after the manufacturer warranty expired. To fix it was over $900 we tried to live with it as we had another stand up freezer and just 2 months later the fridge stopped keeping cool. Don't waste your money on this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Counter depth is perfect for one person. It's super quiet, and I love the autofill water pitcher hidden inside the left door. Two sizes of ice are great as well. It's easy to change the water filter (every 6 months so I have only changed it one time so far). My kitchen is being completely remodeled and the stainless steel look is timeless.

The location of the water filter is easy to access and replacing it is simple. The best feature of this fridge is you can customize the look by changing the color panels.

It has adjustable shelves to accommodate any size items that need to be refrigerated. The temperature control is easy to adjust if needed with just the press of a button. I like that an alarm sounds if any of the doors are left ajar. The best features I feel are the ice drawer, which makes 2 different size ice cubes as well as the pitcher which you can also infuse herbs, fruit and vegetables in. As you use the pitcher it fills almost immediately to keep you hydrated throughout the day. This is the refrigerator I have always wanted to make my kitchen complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love our Bespoke refrigerator! Love the in door pitcher, dual ice and the customizable panels . The glass ones are great because we can use dry erase markers and let our grandson draw on it!. We had bought 1 last year and decided when our other refridgerator went we had to replace it with another Bespoke, no questions asked. We now have twin fridges!

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Installed Feb. '23. The look is sleek and is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The interior is very nice and spacious - more room than what you'd think for this size. Water pitcher is a nice addition. Can not hear it running, it's so quiet. Only noise is barely audible when the pitcher fills and when ice drops. Love the 2 options for ice. So far, so good! Happy I purchased this...now I need to upgrade cabinets!
