Love this toothbrush!!

This toothbrush has my teeth feeling like I've just left the dentist every time I'm brush. I've also experienced fresher breath using the brush!

have used the battery powered toothbrush and it works good gets in between the teeth and gives a nice deep cleaning would recommend this product

Bad battery life

Owned the toothbrush for two weeks, battery died and will not charge now. I think I bought a defective product.

We expect long-lasting quality from all of our products, and we're sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting your Pro 500 to charge. This model takes 16 hours to charge completely, but there is no charge light on the toothbrush. This can make it hard to tell if the toothbrush is switched off or dead, and it must be switched off to charge properly. The best way to check whether the Oral-B Vitality brush is charging is to pick the toothbrush up off the charger after 30 minutes and switch it on. If it comes to life, you know it's charging. Switch it back off and leave it on the charging stand for the full 16 hours it needs to complete a full charge. If it doesn’t, do not press the button again, but return it to the charger and try the process again. Please know all of our rechargeable electric toothbrushes come with a two year warranty, give us a call at (800) 566-7252 so we can learn more about your experience and help further.

the tarter killer

i think this is the best tooth brush i ever used so far so good. it deeps cleanse the pla and the tarter right off my teeth.
