I had never used anything but a manual toothbrush in the past so I really didn't know what to expect. Upon inspection of the packaging, I saw that it is made in Germany which was more pleasing than some other countries where a lot of products are made in less than desirable conditions and is important to me when I make a purchase. The box also stated that it contained the base, brush head and charger. I opened the package and the product seemed to be high quality and made of sturdy construction. It was already charged which was a nice surprise. It is on the smaller side which is good because it doesn't take up a lot of space and will travel well. As an electronic toothbrush rookie, I got way too close to my gums which caused them to bleed and swell. It took about a week for them to heal and I cautiously tried again. I didn't make the same mistake twice. The two minute timer is handy. It didn't really seem like that long to me. My teeth felt so clean after using it regularly for a few days. Every day is like I just had my teeth professionally cleaned. I'll never go back to a manual brush again. The charger is cordless which is also a plus for this product. I would definitely recommend it and I've purchased one for my daughter as well.

The heads slide right off for an easy exchange and charging is seamlessly easy as well. I have tried multiple other electric toothbrushes in the past but nothing compares to this product. The downloadable app is smooth and works just as described. I plan on purchasing more of these for the upcoming holidays as gifts for family and friends!

I've used other electric toothbrushes but the Oral B really got my teeth clean. The charge lasts a long time, which is a plus. My ONLY recommendation would be to sell a travel case for the toothbrush. Otherwise my favorite toothbrush to date and one of the few affordable electric toothbrushes that I would recommend.

I have been using the Oral-B 500 for over a month now. Compared to my manual toothbrush, my teeth feel so much cleaner after using the Oral-B. Also, I really like that it has a built-in timer to let you know when to switch quadrants of your mouth. This helps me focus on all teeth equally. While I have tried other electric toothbrushes that made my teeth feel cleaner, this product is nice because it is affordable enough to buy one for everyone in the house, whereas others I've tried we had to share the base toothbrush and switch heads for the whole family to enjoy a deep teeth cleaning.

It cleaned my teeth thoroughly and the bristles felt like I was getting my teeth flossed while I was brushing. After brushing for the recommended time my teeth looked and felt like I went to the dentist. I was impressed with this product.

It's quiet, holds its charge for a few nights and doesn't rip your gums up. It also comes with a timer that let's you know to move on to the next part of your mouth. Just toss it in the charger when it tells you to and you're good to go. Small enough to be able to pack for traveling. Wish is came in some fun colors (why are all electric toothbrushes a boring white or white with blue??). I'd recommend it to anyone, and I don't think they'd be disspointed!

With speeds for daily, gum, professional, sensitive, whitening and no tongue cleaning mode; this tooth brush cleaned my teeth in half the time it usually takes me to brush. The results were amazing! It looked and felted liked I just came from the dentist. The tooth brush can be used straight from the box and links up to your iphone easily so you can see how you are doing bruising. Also it comes with a holder to put your cell pone on while you use it so it won't touch you bathroom counter. This is great for the person who is serious about dental care.
