It comes with a variety of brush heads depending on what your needs are. It has a great traveling case and its very powerful. Left my mouth feeling very clean!

Great brush!!! If you are thinking that you might want a electric toothbrush, but not 100% sure...this would be a great brush to start with. That doesn't mean that it is not a great brush, but there are a few features that I would love to have, like a battery life indicator and a brush holder. But neither of these affect the performance of the tooth brush.

This toothbrush was my first electric. I like that it has a removable head and that it is versatile to the whole oral b line, so if I want to go for a different head I can buy those separately. The brush give a great clean and I like it overall, but I did experience some minor gum bleeding a few weeks after starting regular use. This could be a reflection on my own gum health, but electric toothbrushes in general are more abrasive overall to sensitivity.

The 'Oral-B Pro 500' pretty much does what it says on the box. It is a good quality, easy to use electric toothbrush. My dentist has always recommended Oral-B, and gave me 5 stars on his official verdict. I already see a marked improvement in tooth cleanliness. The instructions are minimal and easy to follow - plug in, charge, go! Brushing time is timed to two minutes, in order to prevent over or under-brushing. It is fairly standard for e-brushes . The two minutes is broken down further into thirty second blocks, to ensure equal time is spent on each quarter of the mouth. Because you only have to concentrate on the moving the brush around your mouth and not the brushing motion itself, it's much easier to concentrate on those hard to reach places that your dentist nags about every time you visit. Loving it totally!

I charged this model for the 16 hours as described in the instructions. From the first use it suddenly will hesitate and "stall" every 20 seconds or so. Annoying! I thought "am I pressing too hard"? Nope! Hold it with 2 fingers...still does it. Then just hold it and not even brushing with it....still does it. Defective.

The brush really cleans your teeth and it reaches in heard to brush areas. My teeth always feel squeaky clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Oral B GeniusX for about a week and all I can say is,"What an amazing brushing experiece!" The packaging upon opening shows that it's a quality product. It comes in a black velvet box ,which was quite impressive. I appreciated that it was almost completely charged when opened. That was great because you can use it immediately. I prefer a more form brush and the brushes didnt disappoint. There are 7 brush heads included; ample enough for the average family. Along the neck of the handle, there are speed option that coincided with the perfect tooth brushing. They include brushing of course, along with a speed for the cleaning of your tongue. How cool is that!!! Another cool feature is the all-in-one travel case that holds a brush head and the unit itself, with a charging plug at the bottom. The only con to speak of is the instructions show a storage case and other accessories, but that wasn't included. This was a bit of a let down, especially since this unit seems to be a lux/premier unit. Other than that, you cant go wrong with this cordless toothbrush. It's truly top of the line.

It can reach the back of your teeth well and powerful and you can charge it I recommend this product I'm very happy.

I used this toothbrush for about 3 weeks with no problems. Then it stopped working and when I shook it lightly I heard water on the inside. Water damage is not part of the warranty, so I dissected it myself. The rubber gasket at the top of the toothbrush was completely out of it’s channel and water was getting in. Terrible design!

It's quiet, holds its charge for a few nights and doesn't rip your gums up. It also comes with a timer that let's you know to move on to the next part of your mouth. My teeth feel smooth and clean all day!
