This brush has the timer that goes off every 30 seconds for 2-minute increments so that you are sure to brush long enough in all four parts of your mouth. I can mindlessly brush my teeth now and let's be honest, at night and in the morning I am not awake to count to 30 4 times. I love all the brush head options and will be getting options to help with my needs! Thank you, Oral-B!

I got many opinions and the verdict matched my smile! Including my fiance, he loves my smile! During my first usage I noticed that it would stop if I pressed to hard against my teeth. The toothbrush is so powerful that I had little flossing afterwards. I was enjoying the feeling so much that I forgot all about the timer! I would recommend this product to any and everybody I know!. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've been using my free Oral B Pro 500 rechargeable electric tooth brush that I received from Oral B, for several weeks now. I've noticed that my whole mouth seems cleaner, my gums are healthier too. Best feature is the timer, it lets me know that I've spent the right amount of time for maximum benefit. What my questions were in the beginning was, will it just be a novelty item, and a person will get tired of using it? Answer is no, it is something I will use everyday. Why? Because it makes my mouth look and feel good in just 2minutes a day. I also like the slim profile of the design, fits on a small countertop easily. I did recommend this to my friends and family. I've used sonic toothbrushes in the past, and I like the Oral B 500 the best.

Buy this toothbrush!! I have been brushing my teeth all wrong my whole life! My mouth feels refreshed all day long even after eating. The spinning of the brush makes sure every inch of your teeth will be cleaned. With a manual toothbrush it was hard for me to brush the front of my teeth because the brush part was so big, but with this toothbrush because the brush part is nice and small and round it makes it very easy to smoothly go over my front teeth. The timer also helps, although it seems I'm brushing my teeth longer then the 2 minutes it is just nice to know when the 2 minutes is up. The charging capacity is great! I've only needed to charge it once 1 week or even longer!! I highly recommend this toothbrush. Now my husband wants his own!!

One thing I didn't like was that the toothpaste goes everywhere and doesn't really stay on and also I have sensitive gums and I had some veering while I was brushing my teeth. Other than that it was great

Absolutely love this toothbrush! I've noticed that my teeth are whiter since I've been using an electric brush. Really like the "No Tooth Left Behind" feeling I get with Oral-B Pro 500! The tiny circular motion of the actual brush definitely helps clean each tooth individually. Need I mention, I haven't charged it in over a week and it's still going strong! Great investment for any and everyone.

The brushes will come to a stop if you put any pressure on it so make sure it glides over the teeth with little pressure. The speed of the spinning head slicks off any built up tar and helps give a whiter look to the teeth.

The brush comes with a travel case, long lasting lithium ion battery, 5 brushing modes, real time feedback via Bluetooth, around brush head (which I think cleans better), and is compatible with all Oral-B brush heads. I use this 2-3 times a day and look forward to it.

I really like the timer function because I am finally brushing the right amount of time my dentist said to. Oral-B Pro 500 is the only toothbrush for me. Great brush!!! If you are thinking that you might want a electric toothbrush, but not 100% sure...this would be a great brush to start with. That doesn't mean that it is not a great brush, but there are a few features that I would love to have, like a battery life indicator and a brush holder. But neither of these affect the performance of the tooth brush.
