[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impression was nice and solid packaging. Everything was very easy to open and set up without me feeling the need to read the instructions. I was baffled for a short moment by the charging dock as the toothbrush gently sits on it with no apparent connections for a charge, no metal that can rust, just smooth plastic. Very nice! Now my toothbrush is fancier than any other electronic device I own. Next I really like the feel of the handle it has a very nice grip and doesn't vibrate in an uncomfortable way in your hand. I was slightly unsure about the small size of the brush head but quickly realized I had no need to worry. This toothbrush blows any other toothbrush I have ever owned out of the water. It gave a short pulse every 30 seconds to help keep things on track, then a long pulse at two minutes. It didn't shut off at two minutes but kept going with a short pulse every 30 seconds which was very convenient. I have very sensitive gums which I often unintentionally make bleed with my manual toothbrush, but to my surprise I had no issues with this powerful toothbrush. I can't recommend this product enough! Now I'm excited to purchase and try out the other head options, but I don't know how they could get better! The only improvement I could think of would be to add a charging light since this toothbrush and dock do not click together, so I'm not 100% confident it is charging, or maybe I'm just not used to this fancy charging stuff.

This toothbrush is by far the best toothbrush I've ever used. I had never used an electric toothbrush in the past, besides the cheap temporary ones which don't hold up. This toothbrush is more affordable than others on the market and it will last a long time. I've only used mine for a few weeks but it hasn't lost any power and works just as good since the day I got it. I constantly keep it on the charger when I'm not using it even though I know that's not necessary. Even when putting a lot of pressure while brushing your teeth the power will not slow down so be careful! The brush reaches well to the back teeth and cleans in tiny gaps nicely. Also, the replacement brush heads are easy to replace and they come in big packs which is great. Overall I really liked this product and I'll probably be using it for quite a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Technology has come a very long way and for the first time in my life, I'm seeing a toothbrush that has an app!! That is exciting by itself. So, for starters I want to explain that I have used manual toothbrushes my whole life and really thought I knew what I was doing and that I was brushing long enough. Never in my 60 years did I think I was doing it wrong. I do love that the toothbrush has it's own stand and it doesn't really take a long time to charge. I love the black color and have never had or used a black toothbrush before. The weight is heavier than a manual toothbrush but not heavy to the point where it feels bulky. It comes with a nice travel case, which is great for someone who is on the go and travels alot. The case can also be used to store it at home, if you dont want it sitting out on your bathroom sink. All of the extra heads is also great because you get to choose which one is right for you and when you wear one out, you have backups. A toothbrush with Bluetooth and an app is great because it can help with making sure you are brushing long enough and make sure you are brushing all of your teeth properly. There are timers and different settings available so that you can find the intensity that is right for you. I'm big on the "sensitive" setting because I feel it provides a good, soft, and efficient clean without feeling like my mouth is sore afterwards. Overall, I love the futuristic feel of this toothbrush. It looks really good, feels good, and provides a clean to my teeth that a manual toothbrush can't mimic.

I was a bit afraid that the brush would be stiff and hard that will bleed my gums but it was soft and perfect. Will never go back to manual toothbrushes.

This has been my first experience with an electric toothbrush mainly because I never wanted to pay for one. However, this one is extremely affordable and I plan on buying one for everyone in my household. You can tell right after the first use just how much cleaner and healthier your teeth and gums feel compared to a regular toothbrush! I also love the timer because typically not many people brush for two minutes but with this oral b electric toothbrush it's a great additional benefit! I would highly recommend this toothbrush you will not be disappointed. Soon I'll find out just how well it is working I have a dental cleaning scheduled and I am hoping the dentist will be impressed because normally the dye stains are left everywhere and with this toothbrush being able to go between the teeth and offering such a great cleaning I am hoping for a better outcome!

After years of recommendations from my dentist, I decided to give electric toothbrushes a try with the Oral-B Pro 500. My dentist very much pushed electric toothbrushes as the best way for me to clean my teeth at home. The Oral-B Pro 500 brush came with a compact charging station that easily fit on my bathroom countertop. The instructions tell you to charge the product for 24 hours before the first use and say that after that it will not damage the battery to continuously leave it on the charging station when you aren't brushing. The charging station itself served as a nice, sanitary place to store my toothbrush. Out of curiosity I did not charge recharge the brush after it's initial charge to see how long it lasted. I found that while brushing twice a day, the fully charged brush lasted 8 days without needing recharged. So my favorite things about the brush were that based on speaking with my dentist, I believe I was getting the best at home care for my teeth, the brush was easy to use and store, and the battery life was very good. As this was my first electric toothbrush, I am not sure if the products' cons are specific to the Oral-B Pro 500 brush or to all electric toothbrushes, but I found that I needed to reapply toothpaste to the brush (typically 3 applications of toothpaste per brushing) in order to reach all of my teeth properly. I also found that my teeth were sensitive to the vibrations caused by the electric toothbrush, but this did decrease the more that I used it. Overall I would recommend the Oral-B Pro 500 electric toothbrush to anyone looking to give electric toothbrushes a try as AT was very easy to use and it gets the job done!

Honestly this brush works at a perfect speed and It does a great job at what it does . Cleans my teeth and gums and it's actually smooth not harsh (I have sensative teeth) I really do recommend this product and honestly have no complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have noticed an improvement since using the Oral-B Pro 500, and cannot be more happy. My mouth feels so much cleaner, this electric toothbrush has really helped reduce plaque build-up. I was so happy with the product I bought an oral - b electric brush for my 9 year old son, and he loves it! I like that the toothbrush head can be easily replaced and that there are many different compatible brush heads to choose from. The one it came with is a but small, but it gets in to tight areas of the mouth, which I really like. My favorite function is the timer, I like knowing how long I brush, and feel confident that my son is doing a better job. To my surprise this brush can hold a charge pretty much all week! It doesn't take too much to charge it either. The only thing I would have liked to see, is a light on the charger to know when the charge is complete, other than that I have no complaints!
