The Oral B 500 is a great toothbrush and absolutely worth every penny. Handling is super easy, the battery lasts like forever, the charger is small and easy to hide and even the cord is just long enough! Only thing you want to be aware of is that you better switch to a soft head if your gums are sensitive (like mine). Other than that it's an overall great toothbrush!

It's been several years since I tried an automatic toothbrush because I felt they were too powerful. But this one is the perfect size and right amount of power to get my teeth super clean. I have a small mouth and the size of this toothbrush is perfect for maneuvering around the back teeth. I will definitely be buying another one of these for my son to use. Plus it has the 2 minute timer on it so you know when you can stop, but I love that it doesn't shut completely off cause I find myself brushing beyond that point because it is a great experience and I feel like I just left the dentist office.

This is the first electric toothbrush I have ever had (I am 64). I feel that my teeth are cleaner, love the timer and generally everything. But, I wish the charger had some type of light on it. How do I know that it is actually charging? I question that.

My biannual teeth cleanings take about 10 minutes these days. I got the Oral B Genius X Smartseries Luxe Black Anthracite to go with my newly renovated bathroom and wow, it has a lot of power! It came with like 6 different brush heads and I've trued the flossing one (different!) and he polisher (teeth felt super clean). I like the travel charging case.

I had happily been using another brand of electric toothbrush with no plans to shop around. After using the Oral B I have a new toothbrush! I like the circular brush head and feel it offers superior cleaning. I appreciate the pronounced pauses every thirty seconds marking the time to change brush position. Overall it is an excellent product. The only drawback, which resulted in 4 stars instead of five, is the lack of a light indicating that the brush is charging. I am well pleased with the product and will recommend it to friends and family.
