The toothbrush offers 5 cleaning modes but there is apparently no way to know what mode it is in. (Support said it had 3 modes, but I it seems to be 5.)  The instructions seem to be generic for "all of their models" and are of little value.)  I spend a long time talking to their support and they were unable to help.They said there was another resource they would explore and if they learned anything they would send me the information.  I have never hear back. If I had it to do over I would not have bought it.

Never Submitted at Review before but....

After visiting with my dentist I decided it was time to go back to an electric toothbrush. My other Oral B quit working after 6 years and I thought I would try the old fashion way - wrong!  The cleaning process was far more extensive than the precious cleanings and the only thing that changed was the toothbrush. Back to the Oral B and my teeth feel so clean - can’t wait for my next checkup
