Why doesn't it get cold!

Everything was easy peasy. Ordered (5 stars) Delivery (5 stars) Packaging (5 stars Looks / appeal (5 stars) It does NOT WORK/cool (0 Stars) exhausting owning your own business. Don't bother looking for any type of info. I'm in the process of contacting company. I'll update review once I see how this is handled. Very frustrated.
