[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every morning I wake up excited when i know i have Coffemate Sweet Italian Crème coffee creamer in my fridge. I've loved this light flavor and creaminess for years. I used to use sugar and creamer to flavor my coffee but i no longer need sugar because this is perfect. I am spoiled for any other flavor.

I am with the others who have experienced numerous bottles of this creamer that taste nothing like what I have used for the past 5+ years at first it was only the large bottles I had trouble with now the last two bottles of the smaller size are also terrible. It tastes sour and like straight chemical. I have thrown away at least five bottles in the last month. I have filed two complaints with Nestlé and then my second complaint I was told I would be contacted if they found out what was causing this issue and that it could possibly be how the stores are handlingThe product. After reading other reviews this doesn't seem to be the issue

I loved this creamer. Only one I'd drink. But now something is wrong. Tastes different. Not good. Keep buying half gallons, then the quarts and after a gallon and a half I have to stop wasting money. I see others are having same problem, so I'm glad it's not just me. Please make better again. Need an announcement letting me know they went back to original taste before I buy anymore.

First of all, because I can get it in zero sugar, and also because when I add that to my copy, it takes me back to when I was younger and would have coffee with my dad. Especially when we would take trips to Canada. Could you guys also make the cinnamon vanilla cream and zero sugar? And the Kahlúa?

I have searched every store in OKC and can't find my beloved cream. What has happened. I've bought a few others flavors, they don't match up to this cream I have used for years. I'm reading some of the recent reviews and wonder if it's been removed from the shelf related to the recent complaints. Please fix it soon. Thanks from OKC

my father and i love this creamer, been drinkin it for years on years. thanks for the years of great taste. but something isnt right, these past few bottle have been just bad. my pops wont drink it cause and i am drinking it but im not happy about it. but yeah whats up? we dont wanna change but i mean kinda gotta, just let us know.

I'm a big fan of Coffee Mate products, however the last 3 times I've bought this product (I mix Sweet cream and Hazelnut together) when I get to the second bottle it has turned into a jelly like consistency. It gets so thick I have to run hot water down the drain and the garbage disposal to make it go down the drain.

Like other reviews I have read, we have bought 3 large bottles and they all have the same spoiled or something wrong taste. This has been the only creamer we have used as long as I can remember. Yesterday I had to buy a different brand and I am not happy about it. Please fix this issue.
