[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This creamer is a constant staple in my fridge. I buy a LOT of flavored K-cup coffee and this creamer adds the perfect creamy sweetness without changing the flavor of the coffee. It's also great for using in my milk frother for sweet cream foam.

Great for last 9? Or so years, the last 2 months, just awful, thought it gone bad but hubby said tasted fine, so I opened the next bottle...disgusting, pretty sure the ingredients, or process or SOMETHING has to have changed. It is now sour, I used this in coffees, & several hot teas, including Thai iced tea. Now I buy half & half, & much healthier, it was just so easy using coffee mate, & was a family fav for many years, al the stores have raised the prices so high on this product, so we had to purchase from the store that had lowest price. I'm convinced that something's changed, maybe using different trucks, or something to do with process or shipment, because apparently I'm not the only one. I finally remembered to look it up online. Bummed, (like 7-up will soon be no longer). Anyone think COVID has changed our taste buds? Don't know if I've ever had it, never been tested, but was quite ill end of January.

They changed the formula and the flavor is AWFUL.I thought I had bought something out of date.I went from a pinkish label to purple. The taste is very sour I will be looking for something new, unless they change back. I buy these by the four and what a waste of money throwing these four out :(

It doesn't overpower the flavor of the beverage. It's also the perfect consistency and blends nicely. I can't wait to try in an iced coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product both by itself on hot coffee and again as a "finisher" for flavor after half and half was poured into hot coffee. The flavor tasted artificial. I bought the low-calorie bottle since the regular one was higher calorie. The flavor tasted less artificial when combined with half and half.

I am a regular user of your Italian Sweet Creme (sugar free) product. My most recent purchase does NOT taste the same. Date is BB 2021 so should be good there. It almost taste as if it was mixed with a different flavor in production, hazelnut or something coconut maybe. Please advise as to the problem and if and when it will be corrected. I do have several unopened bottles which I will be returning to the store.

I have bought this product for years and for the last month I have bought several bottles and all of them taste sour or have a chemical taste. Like the others, I checked the expiration date thinking it was expired but it was Dec. 27 and 28 2020. I only found one large bottle that had a expiration date in November that tasted like it use to. Whatever has happened please fix it. I have wasted so much money. I won't be buying any more of this product until I hear something has been corrected. (Also, this happened in Ohio and Florida.) I would typically give this product 5 stars seeing how much I love it. However, I myself have bought large Italian cream coffeemates and they taste sour. I had to exchange them back with the grocery store for a smaller bottle. I noticed all of them had the exp. date in Dec. You may want to recall those ones.
