I've used the Italian Sweet Creme flavor exclusively for years, but I did notice the distinct flavor change that others here have noted. I also tried purchasing different bottles of different sizes and different locations, but all had the same odd aftertaste and an almost chemical odor. I tried switching to Vanilla or Hazelnut flavors, but they also seem to have the chemical odor/aftertaste - however, since I haven't used them before, I don't know it that is "normal" for them or not. Now I see that the Italian Sweet Creme flavor is unavailable at all my usual supermarkets. Has it been discontinued? Or are you halting production of it until you can sort out what has caused the flavor change?

I also experienced the fruity/sour taste change to the creamer as the other reviewer. I have the same exact exp date as the picture they sent and I also opened a second creamer (same exp date) and it also tasted fruity/sour/off. For YEARS this has been my favorite and only creamer. Will finally change from this if this is a new flavor.

The flavor is great and it gives me the opportunity to have a flavorful coffee cup without guilt since it's just 35cal per serving. It's creamy and the texture is perfect if I want to froth it. I'm surprised this flavor doesn't have corn syrup (it has sugar though), but it's not terrible overload of sugar.

Been using this for a very long time, years, but we bought several recently and the taste is awful! Not sure what you did but ended up trashing and will not buy anymore. Ruined several cups of coffee! And my family likes coffee. But this change almost was sickening.

Just like thise that reviewed before me, this was my go to creamer. I loved the taste. It was perfect!! But here lately, the creamer seems to have a taste that's very akin to sanitizer. I've worked in the food industry for quite some years, and I know that when stuff like food pans and cutting boards are put through a chemical sanitizer and are not washed correctly or completely, they can transfer that chemical taste to any food that it comes in contact with. Perhaps, with all of the new COVID regulations, this is what's happening? I don't know, but the chemical aftertaste completely ruins the coffee and now I have to find another way to sweeten my coffee.

About a month ago, I purchased my standard coffee mate italian sweet cream. Upon opening it I noticed a bit of a different smell. Adding it to my coffee was so disappointing! I was sure it was spoiled or rotten. In the end I purchased the same flavor 3 separate times and all had the same nasty sour taste. Ive wasted enough money on an un-usable product so I've switched to another brand. I still don't enjoy the other brand as much as I did the original sweet Italian cream from coffee mate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crème is smooth and great tasting, use it every day. Shared with other family members, now I buy twice as much to keep up with everybody using it. Also had some neighbors over for coffee, now they are using the same tasty creamer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my coffee, hot or cold, bc I was forced to switch from caramel since it obviously must be band from getting to South Florida for some reason. Not sure why, but I can't get caramel creamer to South Florida. So Italian Sweet ream is my 2nd choice. It reminds me of a cannoli for some reason, my favorite dessert. So if I can't get it shipped from my family in NY or Co, then this is my choice.
