I have been using the sugar free Italian sweet cream for years and I bought 4 bottles a month ago. The taste was a sour milk taste. I opened all 4 bottles and threw away. I bought the regular and it was ok but now can't find any of them anywhere. Expiration dates were good. Please I need my Italian sweet cream!!!!!!

As the other reviewers have pointed out, something is not quite right lately with this creamer. I have been putting this in my coffee for at least 10 years and it is usually my favorite creamer. About a month ago, I opened a 64oz bottle and used some and noticed the taste was off. I thought maybe it had spoiled so I dumped it and got a small bottle. That one seemed fine so I thought maybe it was a one off problem. Got a second 64oz bottle...same thing. I started blaming the grocery thinking it was a problem with their fridge section. Today I opened a smaller bottle again and same weird taste! I decided to google it and found that there have been many complaints. Years ago my Dad bought me he sugar free version accidentally....this tastes like that version. It has a strange not pleasant taste to it. Something is definitely different. I rally hope they fix this or I will need to switch.

I have used the sugar free Italian sweet cream for a very long time. All of the sudden it became harder to find. I have always bought three bottles at a time. NOW IT IS GONE!!! The store chain I buy at says there is a shortage on the ingredients. Is it going to come back????

This is the only coffee creme I buy and my wife and I have been using it for a long time. Last week I bought my usual 32 oz. bottle. I put some in my morning coffee that I sit down to drink before going to work and almost gagged! I looked at the expiration and it was Dec2020. I didn't have the sales slip so I went out and bought a 64 oz. bottle from another store. Same nasty taste. I returned it for a refund. Went to a totally different store, Harris Teeter, on the other side of town. Picked up a 32 oz. bottle with a Jan2021 expiration. Went home, made some coffee. Same nasty taste but not quite as bad as the Dec2020 batches. I can't wast money and time like this. Gotta find an alternative.

I have been enjoying Italian Sweet Creme since the product entered the market. I buy bottles of the 64 ounce size every month. For the last few months I have noticed it has a strange smell and a terrible taste. I have had to pour out several cups of coffee due to this terrible taste. I got on this website to see if the recipe had changed or something and found these reviews. It made me feel better to see that it wasn't just me experiencing this nightmare. Hopefully, I hope whatever is happening will be resolved quickly. I've spent a small fortune trying to get a bottle that was creamy and delicious. Sadly, I'm so frustrated that I had to switch to another brand.

I too love this creamer but we've bought three bottles that were bad and had an awful aftertaste. Please investigate the process or ingredients. Something is not right. I've started mixing sweetened condensed milk with evaporated milk to make my own creamer. I miss the Italian creamer and would still buy it if it was back to the original taste.

I haven't had this creamer in quite awhile, but I was surprised at the taste; I remember it being sweet but neutral (like I less intense version of International Delight Coldstone Sweet Cream), but this has a hint of anise to it. I'll use it, but won't be purchasing again

I've used this for awhile, then I had 2 bottles of the awful tasting product this summer. Then, it was unavailable everywhere. Now it's back in my area, and it's great again. I'm grateful, but I would like to know what happened. Thanks for fixing it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I am going to buy a flavored creamer, it is almost always going to be Italian Sweet Crème Coffee Mate. I even like the powdered version, but for a long time you simply couldn't find it. I've tried other brands of Italian Sweet Cream, during the pandemic when choices were sometimes limited, but haven't found another that compares. It is smooth, and a bit sweet, and takes away any bitterness in the coffee.
