Why oh why did you change the recipe? It has a terrible metallic aftertaste now, almost like artificial sweetener. This is a HUGE seller for you, I have been buying this since it became available. Tastes gross and I see that you are denying a change. You cannot deny a cha nge when so many notice. Change it back or lose customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This creamer surprised me!! I love the sweet cream flavors of creamer and will forever use them. I usually use another brand though so I was hesitant trying this one. However it was easily found, the packaging was very clear and enticing and caught my eye. The texture was thin enough to mix but was thick enough that it frothed up great and made a great sweet cream cold foam for my drink. The price couldn't be beat and you could've gotten it at multiple locations and in multiple sizes! These taste like melted ice cream! It gives my coffee a sweet creamy profile that helps me to not use sugar or anything like that. I cannot stand black coffee so this is necessary for me! I probably won't swap to this one as I prefer my coldstone, but if it's out then this will definitely be a fine substitute!

This used to be the only creamer I would ever use, but now it tastes disgusting. That's not an exaggeration, I've bought at least 5 different bottles over the past 3 months, from different stores, & each one of them tasted foul, like there is something rotten or rancid inside. I literally take one sip, & dump it out in disgust. After I bought a second bottle that was bad, I thought maybe it's my coffee, or coffee pot, but eventually realized something is terribly wrong with my favorite creamer. This last bottle, I waited about a month to try again, but sadly had the same result, so I give up!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE CREME. So, I hate to give it only 3 star, as SOMETHING CHANGED with the flavor, a few months ago. I have thrown out 2, 32 oz bottles, and atleast 3 Smaller bottles, so far. I keep buying it hoping it will be the normal flavor I LOVE! My husband convinced me it was just me, not the creme. As I had recently changed my toothpaste, I changed it back. But, the creme still tasted chemically... definitely different, and not good. This week I noticed Italian Sweet Creme is missing from the grocery store shelves. Please let me know what happened, and please fix it! I miss my Italian Sweet Creme.

What has happened to my coffee? I have only bought Italian Sweet Creme Coffeemate for my coffee. I opened a brand new 32 oz bottle Monday. It was gross. It had a chemical taste or it was spoiled? I threw it away and went to different store than where I bought it before. Tuesday I opened a new bottle and was ready for a great cup of coffee. This new bottle also had the gross chemical spoiled taste. I dumped it out too. I read reviews and you said you didn't change recipe but something has changed. My husband went to a different store and bought another bottle. I was ready for a great cup of coffee. Oh my gosh. It was gross. He thought it was gross too. Did y'all mix ammonia with creme or something? I did pour a tiny bit in a glass and tasted it. I will never get that taste out of my mouth now. A very strong sour spoiled chemical taste. What is going on there? That's three new bottles from three different stores. All have expiration dates in December 2020. My coffee today will be black but will be a whole lot better then with your revised coffeemate.

I love the smooth, sweet flavor that takes away any bitterness in coffee. There is nothing I do not like about Italian Sweet Creme Coffee Creamer. I could drink it by itself.
