Been drinking this Italian Sweet Cream for years, but like other reviewers have stated, there is now a strange taste to the creamer, almost chemical-like, and it ruins the flavor. I've read your responses here that there has not been a change to the product but obviously something is different if several of us are taking the time to post a review about it here. I love my creamer, but won't be buying until you've figured it out.

This is the only creamer I've used for the last 5 years. I've purchased 6 bottles at different locations in Utah and they ALL taste sour; undrinkable! I've read the reviews here and I don't want some automated answer, blah, blah, blah and expect an email. I want an answer to why this creamer is now undrinkable. Don't you value your customers enough to investigate the cause of this problem? Maybe we're all getting poisoned.

I have been a loyal Sweet Italian Cream creamer fan since I discovered it several years ago. However,I have now purchased 4 different bottles from four different places all with the same outcome. The expiration dates were all December 2020. The creamer is undrinkable. I'm hoping that you have not changed the recipe and that this issue will be reconciled soon. I want my good coffee mate Sweet Italian creamer back soon. My mornings are just not the same. Please help!

This has plenty of flavor and made my coffee very creamy. I highly recommend it and definitely will buy more in the future.
