Can't drink coffee without my Italian creamer ...smooth

Whatever you've done to the formula, you've ruined it. I am sure you did the analysis to determine your cost savings for the cheaper ingredients would be more beneficial to your bottom line than the percentage of loyal customers you would lose. I hope you're wrong and bring back the good product you previously offered to your loyal customers.

It has changed. I first noticed the picture on the label changed. Then i noticed flavor changed also It is disgusting - tastes strongly fake and vanilla. The ingredients of the new bottle lists soybean oil. The old bottle lists vegetable oil. Is that the change? I went to multiple stores today to try to find any old bottles. I can't believe this new formulation passed any taste tests.

It is not as creamy as it used to be and is thinner, especially when you get 2/3 of the way down. For the price, I feel cheated so I have moved to another brand which is more like Coffeemate used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Italian Sweet Crème Creamer and I have been taking a trip to Italy everyday for years! When I pour this creamy, dreamy liquid into my hot and sometimes iced coffee and I am instantly transported to a Villa in Rome. The flavor is reminiscent of a cannoli to me and I simply cannot live without it! I actually panic if I begin to run low and always have several bottles in the house. I am a diabetic and use the zero sugar version.

And you changed that ome too o I told you changed brands. By the way, my wife's favorite brand used to be your Natural Bliss. Pumping Creamer, and you changed it from Natural tasting to too much sugar last year, so she changed brands too ..

Last time I bought my favorite creamer there was a major taste change. Unless they bring back the old perfect version, I will try something else.

This was by far my favorite! Now, the taste is so different, I think it tastes like almonds. This so gross.

The original was supposed to be back on shelves in January and so far, no luck. Still tastes horrible. I miss my favorite creamer. :(
