[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Italian Sweet Crème Liquid Coffee Creamer from Coffee Mate. It taste like you just bought fancy coffee from "that" shop but paid less for a whole bottle of creamer then you did for one cup of coffee from there. Plus you can have that great taste anytime you want with no lines to wait in.

Like others on this post, I too have thrown out 4 bottles of Italian Sweet Cream! I have been using this for years and something is wrong with this batch! This sour and chemical taste is so wrong! By your generic answers to every reviewer it doesn't sound like there is a clear answer. Very disappointed and out money.

My husband and I have been using the Italian Sweet Cream for years, and going along with the many other reviews, here lately we've also noticed a very sour taste with the larger creamers and some of the smaller creamers. The first large bottles we immediately threw out and purchased 4 more, again with the same sour taste. So we decided to research a little further. We noticed all 8 (yes we dug them out of the trash) were dated for Dec 2020. ALL of them also had batch numbers starting with 015. More specifically 0151572006, 0152572006 and a small bottle with a batch number of 0152572004. We have since purchased smaller bottles with batch numbers of 0110572004 and 0122572004 that taste just fine. BUYER and Coffeemate beware that any Italian Sweet Cream with a batch number tgatcstarts,with 015 is most likely bad since the company has suggested they haven't changed the formula.

After seeing these reviews my husband and I now realize we were not alone in noticing a change in our favorite creamer. Coffee just isn't the same without it! We are in Spokane, WA and can no longer find it in the stores. Has it been discontinued? I hope not!! I am hoping you are fixing whatever caused the change in taste and getting it back out to the stores. Any update would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been drinking only sugar free Italian sweet cream coffee mate for YEARS! I opened a new bottle last week and it tasted sour or chemically. I figured the grocery store must have had a refrigerator problem so I went out today to a different store to get a new bottle. But when I used the new bottle it tasted bad also! I'm devastated. Why would you ruin the best creamer by changing a delicious formula???

The Italian Sweet Crème flavor is so smooth and adds that bit of extra to my coffee without being to overpowering. I love that it is made with natural ingredients. I love the Italian Sweet Cream and am hooked buy I checked six different grocery stores in my area and none had any stock of this flavor. What happened? Have you stopped production? I read a lot of review where it suddenly seemed to taste bad. Did you have a bad production run??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the taste it gave my iced coffee. I wasn't sure what to expect before I opened this one. I wasn't sure what italian would taste like. I can't really describe the taste. But it is really smooth and sweet and i would buy it again.

Well, after reading reviews I now understand what's going on because I can't find this anywhere. I was thinking that it tasted different but I still was scared it was discontinued. When is this getting back into the stores? It's been our favorite creamer since it came out. Ever think about a "Cannoli" flavor?
