This was the best creamer been using it for years and now it tastes horrible. There was some kind of problem at your coffee mate plant and they messed something up. Ok. You didn't change the formula. So why are all these bad tasting bottles going out to all the stores ? CoffeeMate brand ambassadors need to actually go to the store , buy it and taste it. It's terrible now. Please fix it or find out what happened !! Sick of throwing away full bottles of creamer . I bought your French vanilla and it was fine. Not my favorite but it will do As a substitute for now. Please fix our favorite sweet cream

I have used this creamer for years, and loved it, the only creamer I use, if I didn't have any or store was out I just didn't drink coffee. The last few bottles I have bought have tasted different, in fact I have thrown away 2 brand new bottles because I thought they were ruined. I purchased a brand new bottle last night at a different store only to make coffee this morning to the same ruined taste. I am so sad that the flavor has changed, I am a very unsatisfied customer now

My husband and I have been long time fans of this creamer but recently noticed a change in the flavor. We couldn't even drink it, so we bought another large bottle thinking it was a fluke, but this one is bad, too. BB dates are December 2020. Please fix so we can enjoy our coffee again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this the taste is amazing sweet but not too sweet. Definitely adds a good little texture to the coffee. Highly recommend for anyone who likes a little extra sweetness without going overboard. 

We are on our second large jug in as many days due to the sour taste mentioned in previous recent reviews. We thought the first was a fluke so went to a different store and this morning's coffee sour again. Even ran up to the store to get different brand coffee grounds. And tried bottled water. Nope, it's the creamer. Either the formula or the process has changed. I beg you, go back to the original. Please! I don't want to find a new favorite:(

This is the best flavor I have ever tasted. I am in love. Tastes like heaven. I am unable to stay away from this and have been over indulging, drinking half cup of a coffee with a half cup of this sweet crème coffee mate for over two months and gained 15 lbs! So it's time for me to take some time off from this wonderful product. If you are a reasonable person and use as directed, this will definitely become your favorite product ♥

I've been on an Italian sweet cream kick for 15 years now! My fiance is a coffee drinker now because I introduced him to this flavor but the last 7 bottles have tasted awful! It tastes like chemicals. We've tried purchasing from different locations in hopes that a bad batch was sent out or the supermarket didn't store them properly, but unfortunately that's not the case. Such a disappointment and this stuff isn't cheap!

I have been buying Italian Sweet Cream for a long time and recently threw out the last 4 bottles as the tasted like they were going bad. They has a sour spoiled taste to them. They smelled fine but the taste was awful, like when milk has gone bad. Not too happy as I have wasted numerous k-cups which are not cheap. Please look into this as it seems other people have experienced the same taste.

I loved this creamer. Only one I'd drink. But now something is wrong. Tastes different. Not good. Keep buying half gallons, then the quarts and after a gallon and a half I have to stop wasting money. I see others are having same problem, so I'm glad it's not just me. Please make better again. Need an announcement letting me know they went back to original taste before I buy anymore.

Like other reviews I have read, we have bought 3 large bottles and they all have the same spoiled or something wrong taste. This has been the only creamer we have used as long as I can remember. Yesterday I had to buy a different brand and I am not happy about it. Please fix this issue.
