I have been using this creamer for years and I thought I might be crazy because it doesn't taste the same. After reading that everyone else is having the same experience I know that I am notCrazy. With that being said you all have got to find out what has changed because something is different. This creamer is not good this way. Have you mixed up the sugar free with the regular? We are going to have to do some research to figure this out. I thought it was just the big bottles so after 3 of those I decided to go with the smaller one and today that one is no good either. It taste a lot like the sugar free one.

My husband and I have also experienced this horrible fate. We have thrown out 2 large bottles and at least 3 small ones (tried switching to see if it was just the big bottles). It's terrible.. takes like spoiled milk.. and it's my absolute favorite coffee creamer. We've been using it for years. Bought 3 more bottles and the first was fine.. just opened another though, and it's sour as well.. aargh! Wondering if they're not being transported correctly.. going bad on the truck maybe? Wish I could get my money back, but we opened them all in hopes 1 of the bottles would be good. This is making my mornings very sad..

I've been drinking my coffee with Italian Sweet Cream creamer for years. It's my favorite! But, the latest bottle I purchased had a chemical after taste. I've seen many comments of others saying the same thing. I hope this will get sorted out as I really miss having my morning cup of coffee with my favorite creamer.

I prefer this flavor over other flavors available as it doesn't change the flavor of the coffee much. The bottle is very convenient and doesn't leak or spill when you pour it in your drink. I prefer this creamer in cold drink as it's suggested. However, like almost all creamer even this has some ingredients derived from bio engineered source hence one star less. Otherwise, it's prefect. In the past two weeks we bought two 64oz Italian sweet cream creamers. They were both bad. They taste very chemically and spoiled. They were purchased from two separate stores and we're opened right after purchased. In between the two larger bottles, we purchased a 32oz bottle and it tasted fine. Something is not right in your manufacturing process of the larger bottles.

Your Italian Sweet Cream used to be my absolute favorite and was always present in my refrigerator. The last three, large bottles I have gotten have been terrible. I'm noticing what many others are complaining about...a "sour" taste which ruins any coffee I add it to. I'm extremely disappointed and will have to switch to a different brand of creamer, as this change makes it undrinkable. Why did you change this previously delicious product?????
