I, too, have used Italian Sweet Cream for years. I drink a lot of coffee and go through several bottles on a regular basis. A few weeks ago I opened a new bottle and my coffee tasted terrible, with a strange, strong, "off" flavor. . The date was fine, November'20. Opened the second new bottle with the same bad taste. I tasted it straight, not in the coffee, and it was awful. Spilled them out, went to a different store, bought another - same bad taste. I've gone back to half and half, but I miss my Italian Sweet Cream! What happened to my favorite product?

I used to use this product all of the time. Lately the your product has a horrible bitter taste. Did you change your formula? Went to store to replace, got a new one, no change. Bought from a different store same horrible flavor. I was not the only person that noticed the taste. Will no longer purchase your product!

This is the only creamer I use. I have not found it to have a sour or metallic taste. Unfortunately though, I have just been to 5 different stores and can't find it anywhere. Please tell me it will be back on the shelves soon. Nothing else compares. I can't live without my coffee and cream:)

I usually buy sugar free French vanilla or hazelnut. This time I bought sugar free Italian sweet cream. At first the creamer tasted like something I would love. After a second or two I got an awful sour milk taste. Thought maybe it was the way it was supposed to taste. After many more sips I realized that it couldn't be good. It has an expiration of January 2021...??? Very disappointed as coffee in the morning is my favorite part of the day!

Normally, this is my everyday coffee addition. Love, love, love it! Italian sweet creme is the only creamer that doesn't have the fake sugar aftertaste of your other products and I've been hooked for the last 2 years. This week with the purchase of a new bottle, the flavor is off. Nasty with that artificially gross after taste. I can't drink it. Did you change the recipe?! (Sept/Oct 23) Hoping maybe it's this one bottle, a fluke, but I can see from other reviews, it's not. You'll be losing a loyal customer unless it returns to the original flavor. Please don't mess with my coffee creamer.

I am not a strong coffee drinker, I always need something to balance out strong brews. This definitely fits the bill, it's extremely sweet with just a small amount of creamer which is perfect for me. It lends itself absolutely fabulously as an iced Italian sweet cream coffee. It also doesn't change the viscosity of the coffee too much more than a milk would which is important because certain creamers change the texture/mouth feel or leave a film, however, I'm happy to report that CoffeeMate Italian Sweet Cream Creamer does neither of those. All in all, I would recommend.

I have used this creamer for years. I love the flavor. I love that I don't need sugar. It is the only creamer I use. Not even store brand will do. However, my latest purchase resulted in a bottle of Italian Sweet Creme that tastes nothing like what I know and love. The date is still good. And it's not horrible, per say. It's just not the same flavor. It tastes like blueberry. Like artificial blueberries. I'm seeing lots of comments about this. Has there been a recipe change? New hire? 64oz. South Carolina. That stuff's too expensive for this to be happening. Somebody needs to fix it!

I have been drinking your Italian sweet cream creamer for many years. In fact I think I'm addicted to it. BUT the last three bottles I've had taste horrible!!!!!! The taste it left in my mouth was awful. The first bottle I had was the large size and I thought that maybe someone at the store has left it sitting out and it soured ( not necessarily an employee, but maybe a customer change their mind). So, I bought two 32 oz bottles to replace it. The first one I opened still had that horrible taste. I opened the other one to see if it tasted bad too. It does. None of them are expired. They have an expiration date of December 2020. I am not sure how to rate this. If it tasted like it always has I'd rate it a 5 and would definitely recommend it. But I wouldn't recommend any of your products to anyone with this problem. It is worrisome, because it makes me wonder if someone tampered with it or if the machinery isn't being cleaned properly.
