Not sure who the bean counter was that decided to reformulate this product, however I can assure you that the number of people, including myself will vote with their dollars and any cost savings on your end will be null due to discontinued purchases. I won't ever purchase this product again, and furthermore, just dumped three full bottles down the sink after tasting my coffee.

Why do you keep changing the recipes to my favorite creamer? About 15 years ago you did it to French vanilla. Maybe 3-4 years ago it was hazelnut. Now it is my all time favorite, italian sweet cream. Around 20 years ago you canceled amaretto. I probably bought around 2-3 gallons a month. Now I just don't want to go through taste testing till I find one I like. Found out that raw sugar and half and half taste real good and doesn't leave a film all over the inside of my mouth. p.S. I really don't care what the packaging looks like so long as what is in it is superior

This product is flavored really well. It replaced sugar in coffee for me. However there have been mishaps in quality. One time the creamer tasted metallic and I'm not sure if it was mishandled. Besides that, the lid is absolutely horrendous. If you shake the bottle like you're supposed to before using, then you're throwing creamer into the lid, that will be guaranteed to fall out onto the table versus the cup you're pouring in. Unavoidable terrible design. Designing anything primarily for looks is a terrible idea. One time these horrible lids were twice as flimsy and they would literally just pull off while shaking the bottle. Do better and quit dumping these failures on the consumer.

italian sweet cream is sweet enough that sugar isn't needed! I love it. I even put a splash in oatmeal!

This is my husband's favorite creamer. It is really rich and sweet and adds fun to your morning coffee.

I think the system you have in place works fine. The only thing is the slow response in bringing the stuff to my car once I let you know I'm parked

it's the only creamer that I use. I prefer a dark roast strong coffee and this creamer makes it really smooth.

that stuff's pretty good I mean it kind of tastes like french vanilla though kind of like a sweet coffee creamer.

I love this flavor because it is delicious. Frothing it means you can eliminate sugar in your coffee completely.
