After researching the options for my 2009 Sonata I decided on the BF Advantage T/A. These tires gave a great ride and feel. I believe the tread will handle the Utah winter just fine. I was concerned about noise due to a couple of un-favorable reviews I read. If total silence is a 1 a jet engine is a 10 these tires are a 3. Satisfied with my purchase.

The tire handles and breaks very well. However, the ride is not comfortable. Even on smooth surfaces, I can feel every bit of the road although the comfort rating is a 9. I am very disappointed, and I feel that BFGoodrich should refund the installation charges that I will incur when having a new set of tires installed (mounting, balancing, etch). I purchased these for my Impala. They handled great! They had good traction in rain and light snow. The large gaps in the tread did cause some noise and vibration though. They are a good tire but not as quiet and comfortable as the Michelin I had before and after these Advantage T/A Sports. I replaced them with the Premier A/S.

Close your eyes and imagine boarding a passenger airplane with your family. You all sit together right next the the aircrafts largest engine. Upon takeoff you realize how loud the roar of the engine actually is when you attempt to have a conversation with your family and they can't hear you. Open your eyes, congradulations you have just imagined my life driving my car with new tires. I read the reviews, some said they were a little noisy others loved this tire. Well I tend to be more positive assuming BFGoodrich would not put out such a product as described in the negative reviews. BIG mistake, after mounting, balancing, and getting an alignment (as always with new tires) I have officially mounted four plane engines to my car. I literally can't wait to get to where I am going just to escape the loud drone of the tires. I would have given the tires only one star, but opted to give them cudos for performance. They do get great traction.

I bought a set two years ago and was pleasantly surprised at the snow traction. I went back to purchase another set and was told they were discontinued. I didn’t buy the replacement as they didn’t look as aggressive as the advantage sport.

Incredible tire for the tough demands from the vehicles of today as well as our busy and hectic schedules we lead. You will quickly fall in love with this tire and wonder where it has been all your life......

I bought a set of four tires a few months ago and I’m very satisfied with the performance of these tires. The ride is great and it helped my fuel mileage.

I only have a few miles on this tire, by what an improvement from my old firestone. These tires are quiet and ride smooth. My father has a set on his truck and have no complaints.

Bought four BFG's 235/55 R17s for my old 2003, high mileage Crown Victoria Sport. Now it rides like a new car (with new ball joints). Love the ride, looks and at a reasonable price. I will stick with BFG tires.

Much quieter and smoother than the previous tires we had on our 2012 Honda Civic EX. Nice aggressive tread looks like it will handle the Wisconsin winter just fine.
