Honest Goods 7-Piece Silicone Food Storage Bags

These items are great. I purchased the assorted color and these are vibrant. The qualtity is superb compared to other items in the market. The seal keeps the bag from opening and my snacks falling off. Will purchase the clear colors next time.

I wasn't expecting much from these silcone bags.. But I was AMAZED on how great the quality is and still is after 
using straight for 2 month everyday going to work with my lunch whatever I conjured up to fit in the bags!

These food bags are an excellent idea to cut down on the need for single-use plastic bags. The material is thick and really heavy duty. But I found them a bit hard to close, especially when they are cold when using in the freezer with frozen items. The thickness of the material really limits the opening size, especially with the smaller sizes. And I found it difficult to get a sandwich in and out of without smashing it. Cleaning adequately is a bit difficult, again with the smaller sizes especially. They are dishwasher safe. But i found that to also be a bit difficult since they must be held open to get clean and they tend to fall over during the wash cyle. I found them to be a bit more useful with smaller non-food items than anything.

Great idea to reduce waste, but difficult to clean

These reusable food bags are a good alternative to zip lock bags and being environmentally conscientious. However, there's room for a few improvements. There is a little bit of a learning curve to closing the "zipping" mechanism. While they are dishwasher safe, keeping the top of the pouch open for sufficient washing and also drying is challenging. We had to dry them out with a paper towel after washing. The food stayed fresh in them though and didn't taste out of the ordinary.
