It doesn't leave any type of buildup in my hair and keeps it smooth. It has a nice shuttle floral fragrance that last for a few days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This might just be the wrong product for my daughter...she has really curly hair and it just doesn't do a great job detangling. It smells so nice and feels great when washing but when I tried to brush her hair after the shower it felt like she hadn't used any conditioner at all.

Ok so I am picky with conditioner because I have long thick frizzy course hair (lovely isn't it?). Well this, alas, does not control my crazy frizz. My hair will be somewhat soft and smell lovely when using this but it does not help smooth hair down or control frizz in anyway. If I use this daily I have to load up on hair serums and leave in treatments. Usually I would give 2 stars but I gave 4 stars because I would find it a travesty to stop making such a unique charming scent as rose. Reminds me of childhood and let's be honest, most of us use this brand because of the comforting scent, packaging and memories. I know I do.

It leaves a light scent in my hair that smells good until I wash it again, usually every 2-3 days. It's very light, doesn't weigh my hair down. I think it did a great job smoothing my hair. I really adore all of Herbal Essence shampoos and conditioners.

I also think that it might not be for color treated hair, I lost some of my color when using this. It smelled good but I've smelled better scents from Herbal Essence especially when I didn't have to color my hair!

It is infused with rose hips and vitamin E and jojoba extracts.I use it twice a week after shampooing my hair with the Herbal Essences - Smooth Rose Hips Shampoo. I apply generously to my wet hair from root to tip and then rinse it. The conditioner does help hair feel shinier and healthy looking. I would recommend it to my friends and family.
