A little product goes a loooong way and as soon as I lathered this on my hair I felt my hair soften up and perk up (no limp hair here!). The reason for 4 stars is that while it smooths nicely, it doesn't always provide quite enough moisture for drier ends, so I sometimes need to use a little extra or follow up with a leave-in. Still, it's a great everyday conditioner that works well and smells amazing.
