The scent is lovely and not overpowering at all. It's such a clean fresh scent. My hair doesn't feel weighed down either which happens often to me since I have super fine-thin hair. I'm seeing good results my hair is less frizzy and my scalp isn't dry. After rising and lathering my hair it feels smooth and soft and after my hair dries it's more bouncy than before.
