I’ve been using this brand for years because the quality has always been excellent. The paper is still soft and durable, so I haven’t had any complaints there. What I have noticed is that the rolls don’t seem to last nearly as long as they used to. Even though many brands now advertise around 250 sheets per roll, the rolls themselves seem less tightly wound than they were in the past. My usage hasn’t changed. I don’t work from home, so it’s very noticeable when a roll needs replacing sooner than expected. This seems to be an industry-wide trend rather than something unique to this brand, but it’s still disappointing. I appreciate that the quality of the paper has remained good; I just wish consumers were getting the same value from each roll as we used to.

I started buying members mark toilet paper because my mom talked so highly about it. I thought why not, and she was correct! Perfect toilet paper and the best price for bulk, absolutely yes! However, I had some left from an order I made a few months ago and thought I'd better be prepared and buy more now while it's in stock. They must have changed their formula or something because its not as soft and it feels thinner despite also being 2ply, same as before. I may unfortunately have to go back to charmin, but I was not sure if it was just that pack I bought that was different so I recently got another and it was exactly the same. It's enough to make me contemplate switching back. But it's still decent.

I have always bought this toilet paper instead of the pricier brands, mainly because the squares are bigger and it works just as well. However, the last one I bought left a lot of "paper residue" behind. That has never happened before but it will make me think twice about buying the Member's Mark toilet paper again.

I have been a Long Time Customer that Always Bought this TOILET PAPER for the Great Quality %26 Cost Value !! BUT I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANY OF SAMS PAPER PRODUCTS!! Because This Toilet Paper Quality has Deteriorated to a Very Cheap %26 Low Standard. The Paper Is Now Very Thin, Shreds Easily and The Sheet %26 Roll Size is Now Smaller Too! BUT The Cost Price Has Steadily Increased even thought the Quality has Cheapened!

We usually buy this brand most of the time. However this last pack we bought the quality was very poor. Most all of the rolls had ragged places on the edges like maybe the production cutter had a dull blade or something. Maybe they fired the quality control person on the line or they went on break about that time.

I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I have been buying this toilet paper for several years. Specifically for the quality and thickness. I bought a pack a few weeks ago and it is so bad. It's completely different! It is NOT the same thickness. It is extremely thin and cheap. I always bought Members Mark Toilet Paper to avoid things like this and now its a waste of money.

What has happened to my favorite toilet paper? This use to be the best you could buy and now it is not worth a flip. The last two packages I have purchased are not up to standard it tears so easily and the quality is just not there. On my next purchase, I plan to find another brand, kicking this one to the curb.

Product declined over the last year. It used to be good but the last pack I bought was skimpy. The rolls used to be bigger but I noticed they shortened the width and raised the price too. Less product and more expensive. Look for deals elsewhere - Probably go back to Scott Brand.

Great value, better than the cheap stuff and lasts awhile!
