i’ve used members Mark toilet paper for many years and always thought it was a great value but more recently it has become more fragile and just not good quality. My finger is gone through the toilet paper. It leaves little rolls of toilet paper like little pieces of lint on the floor, I do not like it the qualities definitely not what it used to be.

Could be softer

I’ve been buying this toilet paper for a few months and it was great until my very last purchase earlier this month. The quality of it has absolutely changed. It used to be soft and durable, and now it’s coarse and thin almost like 1 ply. I guess I have to search for a new brand cause I surely won’t be buying this garbage again. Very dissatisfied.

We switched from Charmin ultra strong to this Members Mark brand. It’s honestly a really good quality and I’d stick it between the Ultra Strong and the Ultra Soft Charmin. Much cheaper as well. We only discovered it after going to my moms house and asking which TP she had installed.

I’m pretty sure Sam’s Club had a change in manufacturing. I’ve bought this toilet paper for years without any issues…. Well, that was until recently. I’ve experienced significant levels of irritation in my downstairs area and finally realized that it was the toilet paper after months of suffering. Severe discomfort on my skin similar to a yeast infection. Burning, itching, experiencing what feels like micro tears, redness, and inflammation. I’ve used several creams and oils trying to combat the issue and symptoms only for nothing to work. One morning it came to me that it was the toilet paper as I hadn’t been doing anything else and nothing in my usual routine changed. Once I realized it was the toilet paper, I switched and have yet to experience those same symptoms. I thought I was going crazy or experiencing a hormonal imbalance, but no.. it was the toilet paper. Women be aware of any symptoms with this toilet paper and if you notice any recurring symptoms, stop using it. The toilet paper was good until it wasn’t.

We have purchased Member's Mark toilet paper for a while now. Recently we noticed the quality has gone down a lot. The paper is thinner and is obviously not the original quality. I'm so disappointed because this is one of the main reasons we have a Sam's Club members.

We typically purchase our TP from another large membership club because there are no Sam's Clubs near my home in Idaho. When recently taking a road trip, we visited a Sam's and saw this TP and realized this was 10% cheaper for more 50% more (45 rolls vs. 30)! The quality was great. I'm glad we spotted a Sam's on our trip!

I love Sam’s! I buy bulk and put together weekend food bags for elementary school students who qualify for free breakfast and lunch at school, but have no breakfast or lunch on weekends. I do wish Sam’s would start carrying individual sized servings of shelf stable milk like they once did. I can provide up to 30 bags with two packets of oatmeal and a box of individual cereal for breakfast. I now count on Walmart to keep enough in stock and sometimes the shelf is empty! Lighthouse Buddies is a nonprofit and we rely on low prices and quantity or bulk quantity purchases. Sam’s allows me to purchase cases of 36 individual applesauce, 24 cups of microwaveable chicken noodle soup, 12 cups per case of Ravioli and more. Sam’s is pivotal in my ability to provide these meals for children.

It’s the best! FYI, each roll is about 1/4” wider than Kroger. Don’t just look at the number of sheets but the actual size of the 2 ply sheet. Don’t merely look at how long the whole roll is. I’m sure the other brands are shorting us somehow but not this!! Now made in the USA

I am so glad to read other reviews about this members mark toilet paper going downhill over the years........ both in quality and price! I was blown away just now to see the price! Every time we buy it I think the price goes up and the quality goes down! Even if the quality was as good as it used to be, the price is still going up way too high. For at least the last year to year and a half I have been talking about how bad the quality is compared to how it used to be. I always used to brag about it being as close to Charmin as anything I've ever found. I cannot say that any longer. I'm going to try to find something somewhere else. So very very disappointing. I won't even be buying my paper towels there either now.
