Broken and Sams club has done nothing

I was going to buy something much more expensive online and I am truly glad that I did not! This was easy to assemble. It might take 15 minutes, not long. The only part that would not snap together was the little footing part at the bottom that catches drips of water. I ended up just resting it on the floor in front of it...no big deal. Other than that, it holds together well. We have not had it long, but I've told the teenagers to slowly pull the bottles in and out and it should last a long time. We have 3 empty bottles sitting on top waiting for the pickup date too. It looks great, true to the photo online...I am very pleased.

Well made of PVC plastic and easy to assemble. A convenient and nice looking way to store 5 gallon bottled water. I would recommend to a friend.

Like the racks, but if I would have looked at the info more, I would not have ordered, thought it called with the bottles to get refilled,
