what a great unit! Holds 6 bottles in the floor space of 2! No more lining them up along the wall and banging into them!! The bonus is the shelf on top. I keep an open 5 gallon with an automatic pump. great for filling up pitchers for ice tea. More importantly, this company's customer service is AMAZING. I found one of the caps was cracked not sure if it came that way or my son did it. so i emailed the company and within 3 days i had a new cap and a few replacement parts for back up. So nice dealing with a MADE IN USA COMPANY!!!! THANK YOU BEA for taking care of me and having pride in what you do. G-D Bless you all!!!!

I could not believe my eye's once I started putting the bottle buddy storage shelf system together. It turned out to be a pure disappointment. The problem started with missing several shelves, 4 posts for the shelves, and one was completely shattered.

I wish I had found this 10 years ago. We have well water so we have water delivered monthly. Which means my mud room was always cluttered with 5 gallon water jugs. Now ALL our water bottles, full and empty, have a place to call home. Nice and neat, stacked on one wall in my tiny laundry room. Two of the shelves were cracked and broken upon delivery, utterly unusable. I reached out to TailorMade products, located right here in the great USA, and they sent me replacement parts the next day, no questions asked! Couldn't be happier!

I may have misread the product details but every one of my bottles leak from the lid when sideways. The screw top lid is the best of all but it will still have a little dripping. I would return but I do not have the box it came it. Will use it for a shelf until I find better.

Once built, its very nice. But getting it built was a slight challenge... there were instructions but hardly any pictures. Pictures help alot. Had to read the instructions, step by step, over and over. Between my hubby and i, we figured it out. Our garage is so much more organized now. We love this product and would recommend. Gave 4 stars bc of the lack of pics to build.

Great solution! We used to store our water cooler jugs on the floor. This not only looks nicer, it provides a place to put things on top, like cups!

I was tired of having 10 - 5 gal jugs all over my basement. Wish it was cheaper being plastic but we'll worth the money. Buy it you won't be sorry!

Took a bit to put it together and the instructions are not real good. So far it hasn't collapsed, so I would say its good! :)
