So sorry to read these negative reviews, because that hasn’t been my experience with this dishwasher. It’s been great. I bought this in September 2025, and after 9 months of everyday use it’s still going strong. My main draw to this was not having to hook it directly to my faucet or waterline, since I have a galley kitchen and a combined faucet/sprayer. I’ve been using this every day, sometimes twice a day and have absolutely no complaints. I use a gel dishwasher soap, fill the reservoir with cool water, and usually run it on the normal cycle. I also maintain it by cleaning the filters and rotating arms every couple weeks because I have very hard water (very easy to do with a little utility brush). So far, so good, with no complaints from this user.

Recently purchased this because our house doesn’t have room for a traditional dishwasher. At first, I wasn’t too excited about it thinking it would be lightweight and not clean good. Well I was wrong! The manufacture thought of everything. It comes with hoses to hook up to the sink and a small picture to fill the water up by hand if you don’t have room to fit the dishwasher close to your sink . It comes with a drain hose that attaches to the side of your sink to drain the water out. It comes with a small tray that fits into the water reservoir so you don’t spill water all over the top of the dishwasher. It also beeps to let you know when enough water has been added . This little powerhouse cleans dishes as well as a standard dishwasher just on a smaller level.. I am very pleased with this purchase. It really does a good job. Thanks, Sams Club for always providing quality merchandise at your stores.

I’ve had this dishwasher for a couple months now. I’ve moved into a rental with a small kitchen and no dishwasher. I hate doing dishes by hand. So I do my dishes in small batches while doing other chores. Just fill with hot water in the top, and it will let you know when it filled with couple beeps. Use regular dishwasher soap and rapid wash. Quick hand dry and go again. I accidentally overfilled it. Gave me an error reading. I unplugged it. Emptied out the water then let it dry out. Still runs great! You can’t wash pots and pans in it but there’s no dirty cups, plates or silverware! I prefer to buy my big purchases from Sam’s Club because I know I’m getting a great product!

I absolutely loved this little dude for the first 30 days, but noticed the door was fogging up inside pretty early on. Day 31, puddle of water in bottom tray. Now it won’t hold water. Sam’s taking return under appliance return window. Not sure if I’ll try again. Pleased with customer service.

Works great but too small. Waste of my money.

Absolute junk! Don’t waste your money or time and by the way you can’t return it.
