Sturdy floor

This flooring is very affordable and sturdy. It locks and really nicely. There are a couple pieces in the box that had some misprint on them which I’m going to contact the company and see how they handle and I will update. But the floor is perfect especially for rentals. It looks very nice.

terrible

this is not laminate vinyl flooring!!!! it has what amounts to a pulp board (cardboard) center with a thin vinyl covering. it is not true vinyl and if you look at the price per sq foot it is at least as expensive as quality vinyl. no where on the box does it tell you the make up and there is no way pulp board is waterproof as they claim. I bought this because a customer wanted it and I ended up returning all of it (30 boxes). humidity alone will cause it to swell and makes it difficult if not impossible to join correctly. As a licensed contractor who has installed thousands of square feet of LBT style flooring I am telling you to buy something else.

Product was easy to install and seems durable. I was able to knock out over half my house in two days. Only downside I have so far is the fact Sam's would not deliver the product (146 boxes hand moved from pallet to trailer and trailer to house is a lot).

Interlocking ledge is very brittle.

We installed about 5-6 pieces before deciding it wasn’t worth installing. We have installed laminate and LVP in the past and none broke as easy as this. The interlocking wood ledge broke off with the slightest touch. We will be returning all 1200 square feet purchased.
