made in germany? !!!!!!

one year, already some of tile start warping, some tiles corner start coming up. when installing i could tell i may run into some issues. so there is no way this will last a long time,

Hello Bob, we are sorry to hear you ran into difficulties installing our laminate flooring. As this is a thicker flooring than most on the market, it can be more difficult to click because it isn’t as flexible as thinner laminates. However, our laminate flooring has an advanced SpeedLoc™ system that should allow for easy installation, and what you are describing shouldn't happen if the first 3-4 rows are installed and aligned correctly. We always recommend watching the installation video on our website or on samsclub.com, as well as carefully reading the installation guide before starting.Now the warping problem can only happen if the flooring was soaked in any type of liquid for more than 24 hours /pets urine, water, etc./ as mentioned in the installation guide "while Select Surfaces laminate flooring will resist damage caused by everyday household spills, avoid leaving standing liquid on the surface of the flooring and wipe up spills immediately." never buy this

Poor quality, poorly designed, not suitable for floating design more than likely because the design of the interlock, impossible to lock it together just one way otherwise it will brake the edge, for the smallest touch the interlock brakes, does not give literally any for the slightest imperfection on the concrete, only secure lock is the 2 long side, the 2 short edge barely has any “locking” action.. will never buy any of this ever, btw, doing flooring for a living.. my costumer bought it, told them it’s already scary that the box says “German engineered”

Would not recommend, waste of $.

2-3 Junk pieces in each box, so buy at least 20% more if going this route. It hasn't been 6 months and I already need to replace my floors 🙄
