Amazingly shocked at this bed in a box. When it first arrived, I thought the delivery driver was joking, this thing is heavy. But, not terrible with two people. Unpacking from the box and it is wrapped in shrink wrap. Preplanning, we unrolled in to the bed frame. It slowly started pulling air in. As soon as you unwrap, it starts to take shape quick. Once flat easy to move like a normal mattress. Takes some time to fully fluff up just like all bed in a box. When you first lay on it, you kind of sink in being a plush mattress. But once you are in it is comfortable and supportive. Not so soft you hurt the next day, and not so firm you can't sleep. Just right. Glad I went with the 14". I really want to upgrade our king mattress to this as well.

I received this mattress for free in exchange for an honest review. I am personally very picky when it comes to a mattress. I prefer a fluffy pillow top over a solid mattress. Once I laid on this mattress I was amazed at the quality and couldn’t wait to sleep on it. Even the feel and stitching were high quality. My husband usually does not prefer a pillow top and we have tried many, but he was also in love with this mattress. As you can see from the photo we are waiting on our bed frame to arrive. I’m the meantime, I will be sleeping on this mattress on the floor until then and it’s just fine by me.

The mattress arrived in a surprisingly small box considering how big it is once decompressed. After unboxing and removing the plastic wrapping the mattress immediately begins to expand. It's pretty impressive to watch. The mattress itself is amazingly comfortable and lush. The European pillow top makes it feel luxuriously soft while the mattress itself provides just the right amount of support. To say that it's comfortable is an understatement. The build quality is impressive as well. I seriously doubt you can find a similar mattress for the price, it's just that good.

Our queen size mattress was delivered to our home and set directly in front of our garage which was convenient. The box was observed to be damaged, with the packaging tape separated from the box in multiple places. To my surprise, when unpackaging the mattress, it was double wrapped in two layers of heavy plastic. While heavy and awkward to unwrap and setup independently, I was able to maneuver the mattress onto the bed for complete set up without any help. If the mattress were to have handles on the sides, it would be helpful for setup and when rotating. No instructions were included, however, as I slowly unwrapped the plastic, the mattress began to expand to a point where I could adjust it correctly on our bed before full expansion. During setup, I noticed three small areas on the bottom of the mattress where the plastic was torn and the mattress was snagged as a result; however, this was at the bottom and is not seen. Once the mattress expanded, I let it set overnight; periodically walking on the top of it to air it out and to ensure it was fully expanded before sleeping on it. The mattress did not emit any odor. The next day, I placed a mattress cover and sheets on the mattress in preparation for sleeping on it that night. The mattress is incredibly thick and plush. While my regular queen size t-shirt sheet fit, due to its flexibility and stretchiness, it did not fully cover the sides of the mattress. Sleeping on the mattress was a delight! It was comfortable, soft, and cozy and supported my neck, back, and body throughout the night. My sheets were still in place after sleeping on it. While I have only had the mattress a short amount of time, I am incredibly pleased with the comfort and qualities of the mattress and would certainly recommend this product!

I am so glad I purchased this bed. I was a little hesitant ordering it sight unseen. It is sooo comfortable and my husband loves it too. It will take two people to put it in place and you want to do it prior to removing the wrapper. But we are in love with this mattress! We’ve had it about a month. We are in our 60’s and both have back issues, which is why we purchased a new mattress, but after 4 weeks of sleeping on it, we’ve had nothing but restful sleep and zero pain upon arising. Buy this mattress. It’s a gem!

We just got this queen size mattress for our teenage son. He loves it! Very comfortable! It’s firm enough but not like concrete. Its eurotop really makes it even more comfortable. Seems like it’s very well made and will hold up.

I have never ordered a mattress online before, so I was a little hesitant. This is a very good quality, firm mattress at a really good price. Be ready when you open up the shrink-wrapped plastic--make sure it is in place because it will expand very quickly. The only negative I have is that there are no handles on the side for ease of movement.

This is one of the nicest and most comfortable mattresses that I have slept on. I have had restful nights and my back is not in pain anymore. It does a good job of supporting your body evenly so you don’t wake up with aches and pains. I would highly recommend this mattress brand.

Mattress came in a surprisingly compact box, fluffed up within hours and was pleasantly surprised there was no chemical or otherwise off putting smell. Actually there was no smell at all. Still left it to air out in a well ventilated room overnight and moved into the bedroom the next day. It puffed up into a solid mattress, but was light enough for one person to move. The mattress is surprisingly dense and solid for coming in such a small box, it is queen size and 15 inches high by my measurement, so you will need sheets which can accommodate that. The top is a soft, smooth material, and the sides are a different material, smooth but not as fuzzy. The mattress itself is high enough that I don’t feel like I need a box spring underneath, but not so high that a box spring would necessitate stairs. I do feel what seems like springs inside, though not in a bad way. It is not lumpy by any means and I personally like springs as I think they provide the best support and firmness, as well as durability as opposed to something that is pure memory foam. Looking at it I would never guess that it was a memory foam mattress, it looks like a standard, regular mattress. The pillow top is comparable to a basic name brand model, as I think it is of a moderate thickness and not overly stuffed and firm like the high end models. The edges are pretty solid as well and hold up well when I sit on it. However it is very cushy and plushy. I would estimate that I sink in about 2-3 inches when I lay on it and it does conform to my body without swallowing it. If I squish it hard I can get it down to about 5-6 inches. It is easy to turn and move around while laying down, and my kid can jump on it next to me without disturbing me much at all. It seems to regulate my temperature well, did not get too hot sleeping on it. Overall I am very impressed with the pillowtop. It does feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud. While it is extremely comfy, I do have back problems and have been sleeping on a custom extra firm mattress for the past few years, so thus far this mattress has been too soft for me to sleep on daily. However, everyone else in the household loves it and I will say that I can take naps on this and fall asleep very quickly because of how cushy and pillowy it is. It does hurt my back when I’m laying on my back or stomach, but when I sleep on my side it's very nice! Overall, this seems to be a quality, solid, normal mattress. It is very plushy and comfortable as long as you are not expecting anything like the high end mattresses that are thousands of dollars. It is pretty darn soft, so be aware of that if you are looking for a hard or very firm mattress. However, I do think the top is thin enough to put a firm topper on it, which I will try and report back after I’ve slept on it for a while.

I find that the mattress is true to size and it has great height, the look is very slick and sheets go over the mattress very well, it does take time for the mattress to fully decompress but other then that is a nice and comfortable mattress I slept in it for a couple of weeks now and I love it would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a Euro Top mattress
