My review is completely in comparison to the Oofos brand.
I have been a fan of Oofos for well over a decade now. I wear them year round. They were $20 a pair when I first started wearing them . They were recommended to me to help with my plantar fascitis. Which they basically cured. But, now, Oofos are $60 a pair, and I wear through 2 pairs a year.
So, when I saw these knock offs at Sam's for $12, I got really excited. They looked the same .. exactly the same. Like they came out of the same mold, (but with one more ridge on the bottom), they felt the same ....
But, they are not the same. I got a pair and wore them for a week, and I could not get them broken in. I even tried them on in the club, and went up a size because the straps were tight on my foot. After a week of wearing them, the straps on both feet were still really tight. If I were to have a more flat or narrow foot, these would be a really great alternative to the Oofos. Sadly after a week, I gave up and went back to wearing my Oofos ...
Maybe this summer when it is warmer, I will give them another shot, and hope they break in better, but for now, they hurt or are uncomfortable on the top of my foot.
If you try them on in the club, and they are immediately comfortable, I would definitely suggest /recommendgetting them.
