Also, when loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren’t blocked. We're sorry to learn you've not been having the experience with your Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs, with Fresh Scent we expect, Asena. It may help to be sure your machine has access to the hottest water possible. Run the hot water in your sink for a couple minutes before starting the dishwasher, that should help increase the temperature of the water, and the ActionPac should completely dissolve.
