I normally pre-wash the dishes and do a second rinse. I skipped both and was very pleasantly surprised to see that there was no food residue left on any of the dishes. These pacs do a very good job and I don't need to use the rinse aid anymore. I'm so glad I don't need to spend money on any other products. We’ve tried switching to the “clean” products but dishwasher pods are one of the things that I won’t change because of how sanitation and cleanliness is so vital in the area of the kitchen. I like that the dishwasher is clean after as well! Some pods exploded in the bag, but well worth the price. I haven’t noticed any film left over on the dishes or anything like that. Keeps the dishes super clean.

The pods actually smell really good/fresh like laundry, but I never understood why you want dishwasher detergent to smell like laundry, thankfully you can't smell it when the dishes are clean.

There are what I primarily use in my dishwasher to get clean sparkling dishes. This is so easy to use, just pop it into before starting the cycle. Dishes come out clean everytime.
