It may help to be sure your machine has access to the hottest water possible. Run the hot water in your sink for a couple minutes before starting the dishwasher, that should help increase the temperature of the water, and the ActionPac should completely dissolve. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don&#39;t expect these things to happen. We want to provide some tips so you can continue getting the best results with our Cascade products. Some of these you&#39;ve maybe already tried, but we want to share just in case:<br /><br />• Be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit.<br />• We recommend running your kitchen tap before starting your dishwasher so the water goes in hot.<br />• Run your dishwasher when no other water supplies are running, like the washing machine or the shower. This way, you&#39;ll have full water fill and pressure.<br />• When loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren&#39;t blocked.<br />• Store Cascade in a cool, dry place.
