We have done three loads with this product and all of the dishes we have washed smell something like grape. The taste is in the tea we drink and the smell is in our cookware. We are going to rewash everything with another detergent in hopes the taste will go away.

However, the last load that I ran, I barely did a light rinse, and just threw them all right into the dishwasher to see how good of a job they would do. I was pleasantly surprised at the great job they did!

The bag is a nice size that allows to store in a small space but also able to refill your large storage container. It is very effective, you don't need to wash/ rinse your items before usage. Light smell so it doesn't overwhelm you. Love these. No mess so no stress.

The dishes were very clean after running the dishwasher and they did not have any streaks for spots. I rinsed the dishes lightly before putting them in and there was no food stuck on them afterwards.

All of our dishes came out clean with the exception of one spoon that had crusted on food and was positioned poorly in the dishwasher, but that would be true of any dishwashing pod! With that being said, the cleaning power didn’t seem significantly better than other brands/types I’ve used. What really bumped it up a star for me was the fresh scent, which I feel like is not something you typically get with dishwashing pacs. You know that feeling when you’ve just cleaned your whole house and light a candle and everything is right in the world? That’s how these pacs smell. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a slightly elevated, fresh (pun-intended) dishwashing experience, but if you don’t care about scent then it’s probably not worth the upgrade.

I was a little worried at first as it was a tight fit in the detergent cup on the dishwasher, but they fit snugly. I have not found any remnants left in the dishwasher after the cycle is done. Overall it is a great product!

I didn't pre-rinse the dishes and wanted to see how strong these Platinum Plus ActionPacs were. Every dish came how completely clean! I won't be pre-rinsing my dishes anymore! A lot of work these pacs save me! I'm so happy that I got to try these and now will be using them all the time.

I normally pre-wash the dishes and do a second rinse. I skipped both and was very pleasantly surprised to see that there was no food residue left on any of the dishes. These pacs do a very good job and I don't need to use the rinse aid anymore. I'm so glad I don't need to spend money on any other products.
