They used to work every time, never had any issues until recently. I’ve used them for years. Now they’re too big they keep getting stuck in the soap dispenser, Which is causing my dishes to still be dirty when the cycle is over. Probably going to have to switch brands because I don’t plan on getting a new dishwasher anytime soon.

But they claim you can scrape and put it in the wash with these. That is not the case. Do not do that. You will still have stuff on the dishware so you have to rinse the big stuff but then you are solid. The clean is great and there's no weird residue left behind. Hopefully we can get to scrape and put. Not there yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed at how clean my dishes come out with this detergent. I made lasagna last night, which always makes a big mess. I barely rinsed the dirty dishes off before throwing everything into the dishwasher, including the lasagna pan and utensils covered with baked-on cheese and sauce. I have a bottom of the line (builder installed) dishwasher…nothing fancy or high tech. And I ran it on the regular cycle, not deep clean, heavy duty or pre-soak. Let me tell you, I was shocked when everything came out sparkling clean. I mean not even any water spots…and I have extremely hard water! This detergent makes my life easier and I will never use anything else. Thanks Cascade, for doing the heavy clean-up for me!
