We're sorry to hear your dishes weren't left spotless like we expect from the many quality checks we have in place, Leslie. Unfortunately, hard water can be a nuisance. It can fight against the detergent to allow minerals and food particles to settle back on dishes, which results in a film. To get the best results, be sure your water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit/49 degrees Celsius. Also, when loading the machine, be sure all items will get the full spray and that your spray arms aren’t blocked.
