Terrible. The buds are so big that I cannot get it to stay on my ear to hear any sound quality

To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Reflect Aero TWS, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact us.
