Each time I brush my teeth I am now left with that after dentist feel and people have already started to compliment me on how whiter my teeth look since starting to use this toothbrush. I highly recommend.

Design flaw. There is a hole in the neck of the brush head, over time mold builds up and it's impossible to take apart and clean. Nothing fits in there to clean. All their suggestions of rinsing, wiping and air drying don't work. Build up/mold not covered by warranty. It's a health hazard. Do not recommend.

Had this foisted on me at the dentist. It won’t take the regular heads, so now i have to buy the expensive new replacement brushes. They must have taken a cue from Apple. Change up interconnecting parts for no good reason so you can’t use what you already have.

It cleans teeth very carefully, has excellent power and charge lasts for 2-3 days. The only major drawback is the lack of connection with the app. My husband installed the app on his smartphone, but failed to connect with the brush ... In all other respects, the brush is very cool

I was a diehard fan of a different brand of electric brushes for about 12 years (since they first became available). During this time not only did I love using mine, but also gave several as gifts to family and friends. So for a layman I have a decent frame of reference. Was very cautious about Oral-B brush and not ready to love it. Initially I was off to a rocky start because accidentally selected Japanese as preferred language (stupid of me, so be VERY careful when you first turn on the brush). The language is easy to change, but for that to happen you need to understand what the brush is saying. After several futile attempts at constructive dialog with my new gadget and a few Youtube videos I managed to change it to English (also, do you now how it bruises the ego when your toothbrush speaks Japanese and you do not?). Now to the brush itself. Really high quality tool. Once you get used to it, very easy to operate. The brush-head itself is somewhat bulkier than what I am used to, but not too much so. I tried it on different settings and find all of them comfortable. Cleans beautifully, mouth feels really fresh. Like the timers and especially like that after two minutes the brush does not shut off. Often there are a few places to go over once more, so now you can brush as long as you prefer. Like the pressure indicator light A LOT, because I have a tendency to push harder than necessary. However I would prefer if it was located lower on the handle, since it is hard to look at without a mirror. But still, very useful feature. The charger is nice and sleek, but for me was somewhat confusing in the beginning. First attempted to use it upside down. There are three tiny protrusions on the bottom of the charger which match perfectly notches on the bottom of the brush. Figured it out almost right away, but would be great to have some clear indication which side should be up. Minor thing, I agree. Holds charge for a loooooong time, great battery life. Very handy travel case, but I think it would be better to have a compartment in it for a charger as well (for extended trips). All in all, very, VERY happy with this brush (surprised myself). Smart tool, but not to make owner feel intellectually inferior. Oh, also, it would be great if two buttons on the handle had distinctly different surfaces, so you could use them blindly. It takes getting used to and if you pull the brush out of the mouth to turn it off, it might spay the mirror. You get used to the location of the buttons after a few days, but still, would be great to have them different from the get-go. In short, LOVE this brush, really enjoy how it cleans and the rest of the useful features. Very happy with it, extremely glad I convinced myself to give it a try.

I love my new Oral-B iO toothbrush! It's nice and lightweight and every time I brush my teeth I feel like I've just left the dentist, especially in those hard to reach areas. There is a new pressure sensor that turns green when I'm brushing at just the right pressure, so I'll never have to guess again. I also love the colored LED display with the timer and battery indicator. I feel like I have everything I need right in the palm of my hand and the sleek design looks so beautiful on my bathroom counter!

I have never been so excited about a product, especially a toothbrush, as I am with the new Oral-B I09. The technology is wonderfully matched with an app that gives you real time learning and teaching tips to be a better brusher. I absolutely love this product, it’s a must have for everyone.

I really like the black design, the wireless charging, and how you can customize the color of the light. It appears this does a very good job cleaning, and will use this product for a long time.

I'm sure it's a great toothbrush for many folks but did not work well for me. (1) the app did not properly pick up the activity i was doing - i mean, maybe it was accuratre, but I do not think it was, saying i did not get to an area of my mouth which I, for sure, covered (2) the every-use recommended cleaning of the brush head and electric portion (handle) is a pain (3) I find the brush head to be thick to the point that I cannot brush without making a mess I will be going back to my old brand. But I do really appreciate the money back guarantee. I've returned the brush at my expense and now need to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund.
