I love all the features, like the daily clean mode, the sensitive and super sensitive mode gum care mode. It has everything you need to make so you can make sure you are getting the best oral care for your mouth. After I got done using it, it felt like I had just had a cleaning from the dentist, this is the best electric tooth brush I have ever used!

After so many years of brushing my teeth I can finally say that this toothbrush is the one that does an amazing job like it should be. This rechargeable toothbrush comes with a home and travel case charger and 4 toothbrush refill heads which gives a great start. I love that it has 7 smart modes that are very useful when coming to brushing you will definitely love the features. It also has smart pressure sensor so you will actually know how to brush your teeth and get the most out of it. What also blew my mind away was that I can actually download an app that it will show me 3D teeth tracking to ensure I clean each surface promptly and make sure I those hard to reach areas and make sure I clean them right! I like that it has a timer, and a sensor to let you know if you are brushing well or need to improve. I love the traveling case, very convenient to keep your toothbrush clean. When my Sonicare no longer held a charge, this was gifted to me by a good friend who is a dental assistant. I had to learn a new brushing technique basically, but this toothbrush is AMAZING. I'm the oddball who enjoys going to the dentist because I love how clean my teeth feel afterwards, and this seriously feels like a dental cleaning twice a day!! I also love the different settings for your oral health goal and also the "challenges" to obtain those goals within the app. 10 out of 10 recommended!!

If you have crowding, doesn't reach those areas well. Even "super sensitive" mode is not sensitive enough for those of us who've had gum grafts (despite what my dentist suggested). App is very buggy. Instead of a simple return process, there's an elaborate "Money Back Guarantee" scheme that makes it extremely hard to complete a return - and, in the event you can somehow do it, offers a prepaid card in 16 weeks instead of refunding your original payment.
